Here is the centre of a Cosmos flower. I have always wanted to capture the very centre and to get right in and see the individual bits of pollen. Sadly today there were no bees around as this would have made a great photo, but I will keep on trying.
I thought I would try photographing an ordinary snail. The are more tricky than you would imagine. To get a whole snail in focus from the top of his eyes right back to the shell that's behind him is not an easy thing even though the distance is small, but here is the best I could manage for now.
Tried for a long time today to get some more shots of a bee. Had to accept the fact that some days they are just not in the mood.
Been choosing photos and having a look to see which ones would make the best prints. I have decided to start off with A4 prints in an A3 mount, therefore giving people the easy option when buying a frame as A3 frames are readily available.
Have also been considering smaller versions and the likelihood of printing greetings cards so stay tuned.......
